Skin Bae 7th Birthday Giveaway - Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Skin Bae 7th Birthday Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by Skin Bae and is applicable to customers shopping on www.skinbae.in.
2. Campaign Period
The giveaway is valid for orders placed between 1st February 2026 and 28th February 2026, both days inclusive.
Only orders placed during the month of February 2026 will be considered.
Orders placed before or after this period will not be eligible for the giveaway.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the giveaway:
- The order must be prepaid (COD orders are not eligible)
- The final paid order value must be ₹4,999 or above
- Each qualifying prepaid order counts as one entry
- Multiple qualifying orders will be treated as multiple entries
- Orders below ₹4,999 or partially paid orders are not eligible.
4. Prizes
A total of 7 winners will be selected
Gifts collectively worth ₹3.5 lakh+ will be awarded
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries
Selection will be conducted internally by the Skin Bae team
The decision of Skin Bae will be final and binding
6. Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced on 2 March 2026 via Skin Bae’s official Instagram handle.
Selected winners will also be contacted individually via email using the email address associated with their qualifying order.
Winners are required to respond within 72 hours of being contacted to confirm their details and claim their prize.
Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Order Validity
Orders that are cancelled, returned, refused, or marked as undelivered will be disqualified
Skin Bae reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of misuse, fraud, or policy violation
8. General Conditions
Any disputes will be subject to Indian jurisdiction
